福井の越前町にある「ニジハコcafe」は、3ヶ月限定で営業するユニークな日替わりチャレンジカフェです。毎日違う店主が日替わりで出店しているため、私も何度か訪れるうちに飽きずに楽しめるのが魅力だと感じました。特に春から初夏にかけての季節は、旬の食材を使ったランチメニューが多く、体にも心にも優しい味わいを堪能できます。 この施設の魅力は多彩な料理ジャンルが揃っていること。例えば「糸」の自然食ランチは、地元の新鮮な野菜や旬の素材を使い、丁寧に手作りされた優しい味わい。忙しい日常の中でほっと一息つくのにぴったりです。また、「おもいやりごはん」では麹や酒かすなどの発酵調味料を活かしたランチを味わえ、お子様連れでも安心して楽しめるのがうれしいポイント。私も実際にいただいて、優しい味わいと彩り豊かなプレートに心が癒されました。 さらに、「Santosha」の南インドカレーランチプレートはスパイスが効いていて、カレー好きには特におすすめ。カレーの副菜であるサブジやアチャールも◎、個性豊かで満足度が高いです。店主さんの「カレーを好きなように食べてもらいたい」という思いが伝わってきました。 ニジハコcafeは、駐車場が完備されているので車でのアクセスも良好。営業時間は日替わりで異なるため、訪れる前に公式SＮＳやホームページの確認がおすすめです。福井エリアでデートや気軽なおでかけに、新鮮で多彩なグルメ体験を求めるなら一度足を運んでみてはいかがでしょうか。私も次回は別の日替わり店舗を試して、自分の新しいお気に入りを見つけたいと思っています。
