It’s too dang hot to turn the oven on (even with air conditioner). You’ll need: 1 pound lean ground beef 1 onion diced 1 1/2 ish cloves minced garlic Tomato/pasta sauce of your preference (regular jar) 1 block cream cheese Spices to flavor your meat, I chose those pasta of your choice
