Counting my blessings!
Some days they test every ounce of my patience.
The noise, the questions, the mess, the constant mama, mama, mama.
And then there are moments like this, quiet, simple, ordinary…where I catch myself just watching them and thinking…
how did I get so blessed?
Motherhood is holding both truths at the same time.
Being stretched thin and still being so deeply grateful.
Feeling exhausted and completely in awe.
They are my biggest challenge…
and my answered prayer.

Motherhood is one of the most complex and rewarding experiences I've ever encountered. Like many moms, I find myself stretched to the limits of patience by the endless questions, noise, and mess—especially when they all call for me at once. Yet, in those quiet, ordinary moments where I pause and just watch my children, I am overwhelmed by how truly blessed I am. These contrasts—the chaos and the calm, frustration and awe—are what make motherhood such a profound journey. It teaches resilience and unconditional love. For me, embracing both the struggles and the blessings has been key to my growth as a mom. Rather than wishing for less noise or fewer challenges, I've learned to appreciate these moments for what they represent: my children growing and expressing their unique personalities. The phrase from the image, "How can they test my patience daily and be my answered prayer," perfectly captures this paradox. It resonates deeply because every taxing moment comes with a reward—a smile, a hug, or a milestone achieved—that makes all the hard work worthwhile. Sharing these feelings openly within communities like #MomLifeUnfiltered and connecting with other millennial moms has been invaluable. It reminds me that I’m not alone in this rollercoaster of emotions and that these shared experiences help us grow stronger and more grateful. If you're on this journey too, take heart in the knowledge that those exhausting days are a natural, meaningful part of motherhood. Cherish both the challenges and the joys, knowing each one shapes the beautiful story you’re creating with your little humans.
