'Strawberries after workout' are brilliant because they're packed with antioxidants, which help combat exercise-induced inflammation, and provide natural sugars for quick energy replenishment. The 'protein granola' is a game-changer – it not only adds a satisfying crunch but also delivers essential protein to kickstart muscle recovery. And don't forget the 'flaxseeds'! These tiny seeds are rich in omega-3 fatty acids, great for overall health and reducing inflammation, making them a superb addition to any 'fitness snack'. The 'banana' offers potassium to prevent cramps and more quick carbs, while 'agave' provides a natural sweet boost if you need it.
