What to Eat in a Day?

I honestly have no idea what to eat now. It’s like I eat the same thing and I’m tired of eating the same thing.

The good thing is, what I’m eating is obviously working because I drop from 39% to 38.6% in body fat. So, I’ll take it!

But please drop so recs on breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks for losing body fat and building muscle. 💪🏾
