I incorporated a variety of nutrient-dense foods such as lean proteins, healthy fats, and plenty of fruits and vegetables into my meals. Planning meals ahead and being mindful of portion sizes helped me stick to my goals. Additionally, drinking enough water and staying active played a crucial role. I explored different fitness activities which kept me motivated and engaged. Connecting with online communities, like the VSG community, provided me camaraderie and support during tough days. Remember, every individual’s journey is unique, and it’s essential to find what works for you while making health a priority.
