For the Menstrual Phase, when our bodies are cleansing and regenerating, focusing on iron-rich ingredients and vitamin C to aid absorption is key. Think about ingredients like beets, red grapes, and apples. A blend of Apple, Carrot, and Orange isn't just delicious; the iron from carrots and apples, paired with the vitamin C from oranges, can help replenish what's lost.
