Ok so this is how I lost like 50+ lbs from 207 to about 153. 1. I ate less. Like straight up just stopped eating tons of stuff. I mostly cut carbs: Juices, bread, rice, pasta, pizza, cereals, sweets, sugar, even fruit, etc.., I made sure to eat lots more vegetables. 2. I’d do long walk
