Progress, not perfection… but honestly? I’m pretty amazed.

Here’s my Before ➡️ 5 Days Later ➡️ 1 Month Later using Incellderm by Riman — no filters, no makeup, no “good lighting” tricks.

Just me, my skin, and a little consistency!

Truthfully?

I wouldn’t have believed it if I didn’t have the pictures to prove it.

Sometimes you don’t notice the change day-to-day — but when you compare side-by-side… wow.

What I did:

• Used my Incellderm routine morning and night (no skipping, even when Netflix begged me to stay on the couch).

• Stayed patient. (Kind of… I definitely side-eyed the mirror every morning.)

What I noticed:

• After 5 days: My skin started feeling smoother, like it remembered how to glow a little!

• After 1 month: The texture, tone, and hydration are on a whole different level. It’s giving confidence without concealer vibes!

If you’re on the fence about sticking to a skincare routine, let this be your sign: your future face is already thanking you.

Consistency > Perfection every single time.

Want me to share exactly what products I used? Drop a “GLOW” below!

Not all great progress ends in crazy weight loss
This got a lot of hate when I first posted it one of my groups because my progress pic doesn’t end with weight loss… now reposting a year later, it didn’t end at all. When I first posted this a year ago, I posted because I was proud of my bulk, even when I was soo scared of gaining weight.

Progress not perfection
#fitgirl #lemon8challenge I didn’t start working out to look a certain way, I started because I was tired of feeling drained every day. Between adult-life stress and no real routine, I felt like I was running on empty. My glow-up started small: 10-minute walks on my lunch break, stretchi

Progress, not perfection
Ditching the All-or-Nothing Mentality Perfection isn’t the goal — progress is. The idea that you need to go all in or not at all? It’s outdated, and it’s holding people back. ✨ What’s Trending Instead: “Even 20 minutes counts.” You don’t need an hour — a short, focused workout still moves yo
