These are perfect for when you want a sweet treat, but don’t want to spike your blood sugar 🍪

These are dairy free & gluten free.

What you’ll need:

•Pitted dates

•almond flour

•maple syrup

•vanilla extract

•dark chocolate chips

1. Mix the almond flour, maple syrup, and vanilla extract together to make the dough. I just eyeball it depending on how many dates I am using. You want the consistency of cookie dough.

2. Stuff the dough into the dates.

3. Top with chocolate chips & enjoy!
