Steak Dinner Recipe
How to make the best steak dinner!
What you’ll need:
- Steak (cut of your choice)
- Peppers
- Onions
- Potatoes
- Garlic
- Butter
- Olive oil
- Seasonings (black pepper, salt, garlic powder, red pepper flakes)
- Meat Mallet
- Masher
Optional:
- Barbecue sauce
Additional for mashed potatoes:
- Milk
- Shredded cheese
- Sour cream
How to make the steak:
1. Heat a saucepan to high
2. Drizzle olive oil and add 1 tbsp of butter onto the pan
3. As the pan is heating, prepare your steak
4. Season steak thoroughly and tenderize the meat with a meat mallet
5. Place the steak onto the pan and let simmer for 8 minutes
6. Flip the steak over and let cook for another 5 minutes
7. Turn the steak onto the fatty side and cook the fat
8. Place the steak onto a plate and cover with foil

1. Get 4-5 potatoes
2. Thoroughly wash potatoes
3. Skin the potatoes with a potato peeler
4. Boil water in a pot
5. Pour the potatoes into the boiling water and boil until soft
6. Drain when done and put potatoes back into pot
7. Begin mashing the potatoes with a potato masher
8. Add sour cream, butter, milk, garlic powder, salt and shredded cheese to the mixture
9. Stir until smooth
How to make cubed potatoes:
1. Get 4-5 potatoes
2. Thoroughly wash potatoes
3. Cut potatoes into cubes
4. Preheat oven to 425 degrees
5. Put potatoes onto a pan
6. Drizzle with olive oil and season the potatoes with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes
7. Place the potatoes into the oven and cook for about 25-30 minutes or until golden brown

1. Grab 2 peppers (any color of your choice)
2. Wash peppers throughly
3. Dice the peppers
4. Grab 2 onions
5. Peel the onions and dice them
6. Heat up a pan with a drizzle of olive oil
7. Put the diced peppers and onions into the pan
