Happy Friday!! New milestone unlocked 🥹

If you would’ve told me 2 months ago to run 7 miles I would laugh in your face 😬it’s just something quite literally up until today I didn’t think I was capable of.

I’ve been feeling really proud of myself for sticking to my training plan and ignoring the noise in my own heads as to every reason why I can’t do this, cause every time I show up and prove that I can. 🎧🧠

& I won’t lie sometimes I just start saying stuff out loud to myself 🤣mind over matter is the current mantra.
