Most people understand that "introverts" are quiet people, do not like to talk.

We would like to share these 4 things that you can apply to yourself in your work.

1. Wearing a mask. To work.

For Introvert, the task to talk about is acting.

Step into the office, we'll pick up the mask.

Because we see it as a role, not a real identity.

2. Being a "listener," a trick that makes people talk well to others, not because they are good at talking, but because we are "good at listening."

Observe small details, be good at collecting information, and ask cogent questions.

3. Preparation. This is important!!

While Extrovert may be flowing by the situation, Introvert always has "Script" in its head.

• Before attending a meeting or talking to a client, simulate the conversation beforehand, think of answers to potential questions. ✅

• Well-planned communication makes the spoken content rich, concise, and thoughtful.

4. "Battery runs out"

Despite working or talking to a hundred and a thousand parents,

But one of the inevitable things is that the battery runs out.

After the big event or the big project,

Try disappearing, sitting quietly in a coffee corner, or wearing noise-cancelling headphones as soon as you get back to your desk to recharge your power.

For Introvert people

Talking to other people is not an impractical matter.

Just "use more energy than usual."

Being an introvert does not impede communication at all. We see, on the other hand, subtlety, observance and rhythm in speech as "Superpower" that makes us great negotiators or team leaders.
