Some favourite finds for small bites to fulfill cravings

- matcha bun

- Nama chocolate bun

- fried chicken nanban bun

- pesto smoked chicken bun

- mentaiko prawn bun

Ordered my favourite Einspänner latte which I was missing so much from my Korea trip ✨

(It’s called Alice cream coffee on the menu)

Had my favourite prawn mentaiko pasta, take away.

the capellini tasted spicy when I had it at icon village outlet but this wasn’t spicy here. Tolerable 🌶️

The matcha bun stands out with its subtle green tea bitterness balanced by creamy sweetness, while the premium nama chocolate bun offers a rich, smooth chocolate experience perfect for dessert lovers. For those who prefer savory options, the chicken nanban on dark rye is hearty and satisfying, complemented by the nutty, smoky pesto smoked chicken on charcoal bun. The mentaiko prawn bun is a bestseller—a delightful blend of seafood umami and spicy kick that pairs well with its charcoal bun base. Apart from buns, the Alice cream coffee is a highlight, a creamy cappuccino-style drink inspired by the Korean Einspänner latte, which adds a nostalgic feel for travelers and coffee enthusiasts alike. For pasta lovers, try the prawn mentaiko capellini; it’s subtly spicy yet mild enough to satisfy those sensitive to heat. Visiting Raffles City and sampling these creations gives a great insight into how local bakeries are innovating traditional Asian and Western flavors. Whether you're craving something sweet or savory, their menu offers something to thrill every palate. Definitely a perfect spot for a quick snack, casual meetups, or even takeaway meals when you're on the go.
