• Aloe vera gel (I apply daily for soothing + healing)

• Rosehip oil (rich in vitamin C and supports skin tone)

• Exfoliating gently 2x/week with a sugar + coconut oil scrub

• Using turmeric masks (just a pinch with yogurt or honey — not daily!)

• Wearing loose cotton underwear to reduce friction

• Avoiding harsh soaps or products with fragrance

• Staying consistent — it takes time, but the results are real!
