Breakfast- high protein egg frittata

8 eggs

1 cup cottage cheese I use @good_culture

1/4 heavy cream

1 cup raw cheddar

4 strips bacon chopped

Blend together milk, eggs, cottage cheese

Add in bacon, season with salt & pepper

Oil a cast iron skillet & + egg mixture

Bake at 375 for 20-25 mins

Sweet potato turkey nourish bowls:

Ground turkey

2 tsp onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, dried oregano, salt & pepper to taste

Roasted sweet potato:

2 large potatoes, diced into cubes

1 tbsp onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, salt & pepper

Air fry at 400 for 30-40 mins

Peppers & onions:

2 large bell peppers thinly sliced

1 large red onion thinly sliced

EVOO

1 tsp dried oregano, salt & pepper

Sautee for 8-10 mins

Add ground turkey to a bowl & top with peppers, onions & sweet potatoes. I topped it with the special sauce from @primalkitchenfoods and it slaps, enjoy!

Dinner- grassfed ribeye, bone broth rice & @puravida.foods veggies

Take your steak out 30 mins prior to cooking & pat dry

Season all sides with salt & pepper

Heat a cast iron over med high heat once smoking add tallow or butter & steak, cook 3-4 mins a side

Hold the steak on it side and render the fat for 1 min

Add in rosemary, garlic & more butter and baste each side for 1 min, take off heat let rest for 5 mins & enjoy!
