Protein-Packed Veggie Cheese Omelette

Ingredients:

• 2 eggs

• ¼ cup finely chopped cabbage

• 1 small tomato (finely chopped)

• 2 tbsp fresh coriander (cilantro)

• ¼ cup grated cheese

• 1 tbsp butter/oil

• Salt & black pepper to taste

• Optional: green chili (for spice)

Steps:

1. In a bowl, whisk eggs with salt & pepper.

2. Add cabbage, tomato, coriander to the pan .

3. Heat butter/oil in a pan.

4. Pour the egg mixture evenly.

5. Cook on low-medium flame till slightly set.

6. Add cheese on top 💥

7. Fold or flip and cook till golden & cheesy.

8. Cut, serve hot & enjoy that cheese melt 🤤
