One of the most impactful parts for me is remembering the verse from Matthew six eleven, "Give us this day our daily bread." It grounds me in the understanding that everything we have is a gift. When I say, "Bless this meal to strengthen our bodies and minds," I'm not just asking for physical nourishment, but also for mental clarity and spiritual well-being that comes from a grateful heart.
