Three muscles I regret not training as a beginner

6/21 Edited to

... Read moreAs someone who started weight training without focusing on certain key muscles, I truly understand the importance of not neglecting the rear delts, hamstrings, and adductors. Early in my fitness journey, I often prioritized chest and biceps, but I soon noticed muscle imbalances that affected both my posture and performance. Rear delts are frequently overlooked but play a vital role in shoulder health and aesthetics. I found that incorporating facepulls and rear delt flys into my routine not only improved my shoulder posture but also enhanced my overall upper body symmetry. These exercises are simple to add and don’t require heavy weights—in fact, controlled movements work best for muscle engagement. When it comes to hamstrings, many beginners underestimate their importance. Strong hamstrings contribute to better leg development and significantly reduce the risk of injuries, especially in activities like running or squatting. Romanian deadlifts and lying hamstring curls became my go-to exercises. Initially, they were challenging, but tracking progress daily with apps like Diyt encouraged me to stay consistent. Seeing my hamstrings strengthen motivated me immensely. Adductors often get ignored because they’re not as visible as other muscles, but they’re crucial for stabilizing the hips and maintaining balance during lower body movements. Lateral lunges and seated hip adductions helped me improve hip stability, which made my squats and lunges feel much more controlled and powerful. Including these exercises also reduced discomfort I used to feel after intense leg days. If you’re a beginner or even intermediate lifter, I highly recommend not only adding these muscle groups into your workouts but also keeping a training log. Tracking weight, reps, and overall progress helps maintain motivation and ensures balanced development, ultimately leading to better, injury-free gains. Don’t repeat my early mistakes; give these muscles the attention they deserve from the start!

🚩 Flat Body? You Are Missing Frame Muscles
Not every "flat" look comes from body fat. 😮‍💨 Sometimes the frame is just underbuilt. Frame muscles are the ones that change how clothes sit. 🔥 Rear delts, lats, glutes, and core. They create posture, width, shape, and tension. 👀 Without them, everything looks kind of unfinished. Peo
