Steak is my love language!! I make it at least once a week. Easiest way to get it a perfect medium rare is in a cast iron skillet over medium high heat. 4 mins on each side, then add butter, smashed garlic, rosemary, and thyme and spoon the melted butter over the steak and let rest for 5 mins.
