Looking back on adding another year above ground always inspires me to evaluate where I am in life and what the next level looks like. It’s not just about counting the years but about recognizing the growth and lessons gained along the way. For me, embracing change and new challenges has been key to moving forward. The anticipation of 'next level' changes means setting fresh intentions and staying motivated even when progress feels slow. Personally, I find that reflecting on accomplishments and setbacks helps maintain focus. Celebrating small wins fuels my confidence, while staying open to learning pushes me out of comfort zones.
