2025 New Year New Me Physical Fitness Goals
Ok I’m going to be honest I’ve been dreading writing this post. For several reasons. First it holds me accountable to actually exercise. Then all the fears set in. Fear of judgement, fear of people seeing my body, fear of being laughed at because of my inexperience with this topic and how old I am. Here goes….
2025 New Year New Me
Physical Fitness Goals:
-Lose 5 pounds per month through a combination of exercise and healthy eating
-Improve stamina and strength gradually
-Increase hydration and sleep quality
-Reduce processed foods and sugar intake
