Pear 🍐 Cake

It was time to make another cake and this time I went with pears!

🍐

First I measured the liquid ingredients: 1 cup unsweetened oat milk, 1/2 cup vegetable oil and 2 tsp of lemon juice.

🍰

In a separate bowl I mixed the dry ingredients: 2 cups flour, 1 cup sugar, 1 tsp baking powder, 1/2 tsp of baking soda, 1/2 tsp salt and 1/2 tsp of cinnamon.

🧁

I whisked the liquid ingredients in with the dry ingredients and then added 2 peeled and diced pears.

🍐

I baked it in the oven for about 30 minutes until it was golden brown on top and cooked through.

I let it cool down while I cooked dinner before I released it from the cake pan. It is a very moist cake and so delicious!
