If you want an alternative cooking method, you might consider using an air fryer. Setting it to 400°F and cooking for around 20 to 25 minutes gives a nice crispy finish with less oil. Finally, a good trick I use to make wings extra crispy is to pat them dry after marinating before frying. This removes excess moisture that could prevent them from crisping up well.
