My personal experience with affirmations (+tips)
I’ve been using affirmations for the past 6 years to brainwash myself and have developed into a happier and more confident person as a result. I’m also a lot kinder to myself than I used to be and am able to reverse patterns of negative thinking. Understanding these thought-loops has given me tremend
