Asian Bowls 🤤 Even your picky eater will love!

Ingredients:

• 1 lb ground turkey

• 2 cups pre-cooked jasmine rice

• 2 cups broccoli florets (fresh or frozen)

• 1–2 tsp fresh ginger paste (or ½ tsp ground ginger)

• 1 tbsp minced garlic

• 1 tbsp sesame oil

• 2 tbsp soy sauce

• 2 tbsp teriyaki sauce (for cooking)

• 1 tsp paprika

• 1 tsp garlic powder

• ½ tsp black pepper

• Sweet Baby Ray’s Sweet Teriyaki Sauce (for drizzle)

• Sesame seeds (for garnish)

Instructions:

1. Cook Broccoli:

• Steam or sauté broccoli until just tender.

• Add a pinch of ginger and garlic while cooking for extra flavor. Set aside.

2. Cook the Meat:

• In a large skillet, heat sesame oil over medium heat.

• Add minced garlic and grated ginger, cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.

• Add ground turkey, breaking it up with a spatula as it cooks.

• Season with paprika, garlic powder, and black pepper.

• Stir in soy sauce and teriyaki sauce, and cook until meat is browned and cooked through (about 8–10 minutes).

3. Assemble Bowls:

• In each bowl, layer:

• Warm jasmine rice

• Cooked broccoli

• Savory ground turkey

• Drizzle with Sweet Baby Ray’s Sweet Teriyaki

• Sprinkle with sesame seeds
