🧂 Ingredients (makes 4 pockets):

• 1.5 cups Tyson frozen diced chicken, thawed and lightly pan-seared (seasoning of choice)

• 8 oz cream cheese

• 1 cup shredded pepper jack cheese

• 1/2 cup canned green chiles, drained

• 1 roasted poblano peppers, peeled and chopped

• 3 tablespoons jarred or fresh jalapeños finely chopped

• 2 large pieces of lavash bread (cut in half to make 4 pockets)

• Optional: a little olive oil or butter for brushing

👩‍🍳 Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) (or air fryer to 375°F).

2. Make the filling:

• In a bowl, mix:

• Cream cheese

• Shredded pepper jack

• Green chiles, jalapeños, poblano peppers

• Stir in the chicken (warmed or lightly pan-fried for texture).

3. Assemble the pockets:

• Cut each lavash sheet in half (roughly 8”x10”).

• Place a generous scoop (about 1/3–1/2 cup) of filling in the center.
