I had a sweet tooth and took what I had in my freezer and put it together and so I made a lucky charm sugar cookie/cookies and cream Ice Cream Sandwich. Absolutely Delicious!! Bake the cookies at 350 for 16-19 minutes. Let a cool a bit add ice cream and enjoy!! You can have this in so many ways!!
