5 ways to make a profit in the hundreds of thousands
I've traded and lost a lot. I used to be like that until the day I decided to stop doing "these 5 things." My trading life changed.
1. Break up Revenge Trade immediately after the loss.
Used to lose 2-3 orders, and then reopened to get it back → The bigger it hurts!
Stop → Stop trading for one day or at least one hour to cool down and revisit the plan → Cut the drawdown in half.
2. Stop Overtrade (Open orders exceeding 8-10 per day)
The more open, the more vulnerable the sideway, the more capital.
Undo → Set Iron Rules: Not more than 3 good setups per day only → Better quality, higher profit per trade is clear.
3. Broke up the Move Stop Loss at a loss.
I thought, "A little more, I'll be back." I got all swept.
Undo → Set up a fixed SL according to the plan since entering. Do not move decisively. → Risk is controllable. Accumulated profit is very fast.
4.Quit Take Profit Too Soon (Cut Profit Early)
Up 30-40 pips and then hurry off. Fear of reversal → miss several big runs.
Undo → Use trailing stop or ratio 1: 2-1: 3 primarily → Single trade but gain 2-3 times the risk
5. Quit trading without Journal / Review every day
The trade is done, off the screen. Never look back at what you did wrong.
Undo → Every day after the market closes. Write down 3 outstanding trades + lessons → After 1 month, see your own wrong pattern clearly. Then the profit surges because it does not repeat wrong.

ในการเทรด forex ความสำเร็จไม่ได้มาเพียงแค่โชคช่วย แต่จะต้องมีวินัยและการปรับตัวอย่างต่อเนื่อง ผมเองก็เคยผ่านจุดที่ขาดทุนหนักจนหมดกำลังใจมาก่อนเช่นกัน สิ่งที่เปลี่ยนแปลงชีวิตผมคือการหยุดพฤติกรรมเสีย ๆ ห้าอย่างที่ไม่เป็นผล และเริ่มตั้งกฎเหล็กห้ามล้ำเส้น ตัวอย่างเช่น การที่ผมเคยชอบเปิดออเดอร์ซ้ำๆ เพื่อหวังเอาคืนหลังขาดทุน (Revenge Trade) เป็นสิ่งที่ทำให้ทุนหายไปเร็ว แต่พอหยุดจริงๆ และรอเวลาให้อารมณ์เย็น ผมกลับเห็นว่าการวางแผนและการวิเคราะห์ใหม่ทำให้กำไรค่อย ๆ พุ่งขึ้น อีกข้อที่สำคัญคือการลดจำนวนการเทรดให้เหลือวันละไม่เกิน 3 เซ็ตอัพ เพราะยิ่งเทรดเยอะโอกาสเจอ Sideway หรือกราฟแกว่งมาก โอกาสโดนกินทุนก็สูงตามไปด้วย ทำให้ขาดทุนมากขึ้นไม่รู้ตัว นอกจากนี้ การตั้ง Stop Loss อย่างเคร่งครัดก็เป็นกุญแจสำคัญ ผมเคยคิดว่าขยับ SL ให้กว้างเมื่อราคาดันไปข้างหน้าแล้วจะช่วยโอกาสกลับมา แต่ความจริงคือโดน sweep หมดเลย หากตั้ง SL ตามแผนตั้งแต่เริ่มต้น จะควบคุมความเสี่ยงได้ดีขึ้นและสะสมกำไรได้เร็วขึ้น เรื่องของการ Take Profit ก็เป็นสิ่งที่ผมเคยพลาดบ่อย ๆ ทันทีที่กำไรก้าวหน้าเล็กน้อยก็รีบปิดกลัวจะร่วง แต่พอเริ่มใช้ trailing stop ตามสัดส่วน 1:2 หรือ 1:3 พบว่ากำไรต่อเทรดเพิ่มขึ้นเป็นเท่าตัวอย่างเห็นได้ชัด สุดท้าย การไม่มี Journal หรือการบันทึกและรีวิวการเทรดแต่ละวันนั้น เป็นการหลงทางที่ยิ่งใหญ่ การจดสรุปเทรดเด่นและบทเรียนแต่ละวันช่วยให้เห็นจุดบกพร่องและปรับปรุงต่อเนื่อง จนใน 1 เดือนผมสามารถวิเคราะห์และหลีกเลี่ยงแพทเทิร์นผิดๆ ได้ และกำไรที่เคยติดลบ ก็เริ่มพุ่งทะลุหลักแสน สำหรับใครที่กำลังหัดเทรดหรือเคยประสบปัญหาขาดทุนติดกัน ผมแนะนำให้นำวิธีเหล่านี้ไปใช้จริง แล้วคุณจะเห็นการเปลี่ยนแปลงที่ชัดเจนขึ้นในผลกำไรของคุณเอง
