my thrift staples

These 4 things are my thrift staples. I tend to always leave the thrift with one of these items.

✨clear glass dishes: I use these under my plants in place of terracotta saucers. I love the look of terracotta but I have had terracotta stain wooden shelves due to terracotta absorbing water. I also love the glass especially with the sunlight hits them.

✨baskets: this is a more obvious one however I buy these all the time. I like to always have a few extra baskets on hand. I use them for storage, plant holders, and for gifting.

✨frames: I have several collage walls in my house. My fiancé is in a punk band and I have saved flyers from his gigs for years to make a collage wall of his music throughout the years. Peep the start of this in the 4th pic. I have also gifted thrifted framed photos before.

✨jars: these I use for everything too. I do some canning in the summer from my garden. I also use some jars as drinking glasses and storage. Once again, extra jars are something I like to have extra on hand.
