Join my 6 week Reclaim YOU challenge. This isn't about being more disciplined. It's about being more flexible. * Flexible with your expectations.
Flexible with your timeline. Flexible with what "good enough" looks like on any given day.
There is no perfect time. There is no perfect workout. Not when you're in the trenches of motherhood. And waiting for one is the fastest way to stay stuck.
You have to choose your hard. Staying where you are is hard.
Making what you have work is hard. But one of them moves you forward and one keeps you waiting for a moment that's never coming.
Choose to work with the season you're in. Choose to be OK with imperfect. Choose to stop abandoning yourself because conditions aren't ideal.
You can keep waiting. Or you can start today with what you have, where you are, kids climbing on you and all. It adds up!
Reclaim YOU starts January 5th. If you're ready to stop waiting and start building something that actually fits your life, join us.

As a mom, I totally get it – finding time for a full-blown ab workout can feel like an impossible dream, especially when you're navigating the postpartum journey or just juggling daily chaos. We see all these perfect "abs" routines online, but what about real life? My own experience taught me that the goal isn't a six-pack overnight; it's about building functional core strength that supports you through motherhood. After having my kids, my core felt... well, non-existent! I used to wait for the 'perfect time' to do a proper workout, but that time never came. Sound familiar? That's when I learned to ditch the 'all or nothing' mentality. Instead of aiming for an hour-long, intense session, I started incorporating short, effective core exercises whenever I could. Even 5-10 minutes of focused effort truly adds up! For example, instead of traditional crunches right away, which can sometimes worsen diastasis recti (a common separation of ab muscles after pregnancy), I focused on deep core breathing and pelvic floor exercises first. Think about gentle transverse abdominis activations – pulling your belly button towards your spine as you exhale. You can do this while pushing a stroller, waiting for the kettle to boil, or even while your little ones are playing nearby. It's about making what you have work, rather than waiting for ideal conditions. Another game-changer for me was integrating planks and modified planks. If a full plank feels too much, start on your knees or against a wall. The key is consistency over perfection. I'd do a few sets of 30-second planks throughout the day. My kids would often try to climb on me, making it an 'imperfect' workout, but you know what? It still counted! Every single time, it was better than skipping it entirely. Remember, your core isn't just about aesthetics; it's vital for lifting, carrying, and bending – basically, everything a mom does! By choosing to work with the season you're in and being okay with imperfect, you start building something that actually fits your life. Stop waiting for the perfect time to reclaim your core strength. Just start today with what you have, where you are. It all adds up to a stronger, more confident future self.
