🩷 How It Helps Me: makes my skin feel look better. helps my skin look better. my 😺 happy. there's many benefits i reap.

💖 Habit 3: Exercising

🩷 How It Helps Me: i go to the gym. you don't have to if you are gym shy. there is plentiful workouts online you can do at home. even taking a walk for 30 minutes around your neighborhood is good! I like the gym because i feel physically and mentally good!

💖 Habit 4: self care routine

🩷 How It Helps Me: I like to make sure my nails are well groomed and always painted. i make sure to do Am/Pm skincare. i invest in myself and it makes me feel good.
