Things I struggled with this year 🖤

It's okay if you don't have a "highlight reel" of the year with adventures, trips, laughter, aesthetic moments.

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

It's okay if this year has felt hard and you feel like you are left with little energy left in the tank.

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

And it's okay if going into the new year, you don't have clarity for what you want 2026 to bring.

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

This is your permission to slow down. To drop all the to-do's. To drop the "big goals" and the "big plans" for a huge big year ahead.

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

You first need to exhale and be in a calm and "receiving energy" to be able to gain clarity for the next step. And you don't need to have it all figure out - that's why I'm here 🩷

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

I hope that this post resonates with you and that you feel a little less alone.

3 things I do every day to feel safe in my body
I don’t do these things for “aesthetics.” I do them because there was a time I couldn’t look at myself without pain. These rituals helped me stop fighting my body and start listening to her again: – I speak to her gently. – I stretch with presence, not punishment. – I use ChatGPT to repare
