Cereal, pretzels, dark chocolate, sunflower butter, powdered sugar, and chocolates come together to create this festive reindeer chow recipe! Sweet, crunchy, and festive, it’s the perfect treat for the holidays, and no one would ever guess that it’s gluten-free, dairy-free, and nut-free. 

Ingredients⬇️

* 8 cups Rice Chex cereal

* 2 cups gluten free Snyders mini pretzels

* 1 cup dairy free dark chocolate chips

* 1/2 cup Sunbutter

* 2 Tablespoons light olive oil or avocado oil

* 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

* 2 cups powdered sugar

* 1 cup holiday candy coated chocolates or M&Ms

Instructions⬇️

✨Pour the Chex cereal and pretzels into a very large bowl (preferably a very large mixing bowl with a lid - think 20-30 cup/ 6-7 liter Tupperware bowl w/ lid). Set aside. 

8 cups Rice Chex cereal,2 cups gluten free Snyders mini pretzels

✨In a medium-sized glass bowl, add the chocolate chips, Sunbutter, and olive oil. ✨Microwave for about 2 minutes on power setting 5. Stir until combined and the chocolate is completely melted. Then stir in the vanilla.

✨Pour the chocolate mixture over the bowl of cereal and pretzels. Gently fold together until the cereal and pretzels are coated. 

*✨Add in the powdered sugar. Either gently mix with a wooden spoon or secure the lid and shake the powdered sugar until the cereal is completely coated with powdered sugar. The cereal and pretzels should be white not brown in appearance.

* When the mixture is cool, add the candy coated chocolates. Store in an airtight container for up to 7 days, package for gifts, or set out for company to enjoy.
