𝐒𝐮𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐟𝐨𝐨𝐝 𝐂𝐡𝐨𝐜𝐨𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐁𝐚𝐫𝐤

Incredibly simple, super high in antioxidants and amazingly delicious!
Ingredients
1 cup 88% dark chocolate (chips or chopped bar)
1 tbsp coconut oil
1–2 tbsp maple syrup (to taste)
¼ cup strawberries, chopped
¼ cup raspberries
¼ cup blueberries
¼ cup cranberries (dried works best)
2 tbsp chia seeds
¼ cup pecans, roughly chopped
¼ cup pumpkin seeds
Flaky sea salt, for topping
Instructions
1. Prepare your pan
Line a baking sheet or small tray with parchment paper.
2. Melt the chocolate
Add the dark chocolate and coconut oil to a heat-safe bowl.
Melt using one of these methods:
Microwave: Heat in 20–30 second intervals, stirring each time until smooth.
Double boiler: Place bowl over simmering water and stir until melted.
3. Sweeten it
Stir in the maple syrup until fully incorporated.
4. Spread the chocolate
Pour the melted chocolate onto the parchment-lined pan and spread it into an even layer (about ¼ inch thick).
5. Add the toppings
Immediately sprinkle evenly over the chocolate:
strawberries
raspberries
blueberries
cranberries
chia seeds
pecans
pumpkin seeds
6. Finish with sea salt
Lightly sprinkle flaky sea salt across the top.
7. Chill
Place the tray in the freezer for 20–30 minutes (or fridge for about 1 hour) until fully hardened.
8. Break into pieces
Remove from the tray and break into rustic bark pieces.
Storage
Store in an airtight container in the fridge or freezer.
Keeps 2–3 weeks in the fridge or 2 months in the freezer.
