Vitamin C- overall has been good with keeping my immune system in check. For years i’ve always easily gotten sick and it’s definitely helping! 🍊

Oxyshred-when influencers were pushing this I won’t lie I was skeptical! Honestly it such a good find tho keeps my energy up throughout workouts and makes me sweat like crazy!🥭

Fish Oil- my aunt recommended these to me and she said it really helped with her heart. In my opinion I think it has helped with my cardiovascular health! But obviously it’s not the only contributing factor since i’m working out! 🐟

Inositol- A tik tok find! Everybody has its the main reason they lost of their weight on their weight loss journey. Tbh it helps but I think mostly with curving cravings and making me feel so I don’t over eat. 🍟

In all honestly unless you have a deficiency or are told by a doctor you do not need to start supplements! Don’t let the online fool you into indulging in supplements you may not even need! If you truly think you’re lacking something see a health professional! It’s not all about the weight loss it’s about the journey and the overall healthy of your body! Bigger bodies can be healthy too! 💪🏽
