My daily supplements & why I take them

*not medical advice*

Over the years I’ve worked immensely hard on healing the relationship I have with my body. I’ve taken the holistic approach to my #wellness by incorporating a clinical herbalist to my medical rotation. With their support and my continued research I found these supplements are working great for me.

💊: Beet Chews: pretty good taste, helps support my hbp levels while on medication. I take 2 in the morning and they taste pretty good. So much so, that I finished the pack lol

💊: Lions mane; helps with #adhd symptoms of brain fog & loss of focus. I pop this in my morning chai latte & it keeps me productive till I clock out.

💊: Soursop: overall immune support (holy grail fruit w/ a lot of benefits) & digestion. I take this at night as I learned this blend helps with sleep, which is probably best time to take any supplements because that is when the body is in recovery mode.

I’ve been using these for weeks before I started noticing results.

... Read moreIn today's health-conscious society, the significance of dietary supplements is more pronounced than ever. My journey toward improving wellness led me to explore various options that align with holistic health principles. The supplements I currently use have been chosen based on their individual benefits: 1. **Beet Chews**: Known to promote heart health, beetroot extracts are rich in nitrates, which can support healthy blood flow and blood pressure regulation. They are a convenient way to enjoy this superfood without the earthy taste of raw beets. 2. **Lion's Mane**: This mushroom has garnered attention for its cognitive benefits. Research suggests that Lion's Mane may support brain health and improve memory and focus, making it an ideal addition for those experiencing brain fog or focusing issues. 3. **Soursop**: Often referred to as a ‘super fruit’, soursop is renowned for its rich antioxidant content that may enhance immune function and support digestive health. Incorporating it into your evening routine can help promote a restful night's sleep, aligning with the body's natural recovery processes. When selecting supplements, it is crucial to consider quality and sourcing. Consult with a healthcare professional before starting any new supplement routine, especially if you have underlying health conditions or are taking other medications.
