They’re really yummy and super fun to make. Rice paper is lightly fried then served with some poke 🍣

INGREDIENTS 🐟

Rice paper, cut into quarters

Poke, your choice of fish

Neutral oil, for frying

Green onion, garnish

Furikake, garnish

INSTRUCTIONS 📝

Cut rice paper into quarters and add to hot oil. The oil should be hot enough as the rice paper will crisp up within seconds. Remove from oil shaking off any excess and place onto a paper towel. Top with your favorite poke and garnish with green onion & furikake. Enjoy!
