thank you for this! I'm on day 14 of this! I'm working on cleaner eating with more protein and in a calorie deficit. I walk 15 to 20 minutes a day. I'm averaging a little more than 6k steps. Seeing your transformation really gave me motivation, so thank you. 🫶
