I’m 17 hours into this fast.

So far I feel great.

I always struggle with the extra time and subsequent downtime. We spend a lot of time cooking and eating - I’ve taken 2 baths today and it’s only 10am. The s of breakfast still fills my house because I am a mom and wife. My husband said he’ll cook today so I can focus on fasting.
