OUR l BEFORE MERCY!!! JONAH 2,&3

There are so many things I am grateful for from our God, including our pulsating Love which our Father God intervene in times of trouble!!! These times can be hard to except until we Eternally focus on the things of God, nolonger can we focus only on ourselves, nor people only here now!!! I believe we much dissect, the words that we receive, we must humble ourselves and dissolve what is manifesting in our World nolonger can we cover up truth!!!

JONAH 2:1 From inside the fish Jonah prayed to the Lord his God. 2 He said: “In my distress I called to the Lord, and he answered me. From deep in the realm of the dead I called for help, and you listened to my cry!!!

JONAH 2:7 “When my life was ebbing away,  I remembered you, Lord, and my prayer rose to you, to your holy temple.

8 “Those who cling to worthless idols turn away from God’s love for them. 9 But I, with shouts of grateful praise, will sacrifice to you. What I have vowed I will make good.

I will say, ‘Salvation comes from the Lord.’”

10 And the Lord commanded the fish, and it vomited Jonah onto dry land.

3:1 Then the word of the Lord came to Jonah a second time: 2 “Go to the great city of Nineveh and proclaim to it the message I give you.” 3 Jonah obeyed the word of the Lord and went to Nineveh. Now Nineveh was a very large city; it took three days to go through it. 4 Jonah began by going a day’s journey into the city, proclaiming, “Forty more days and Nineveh will be overthrown.” 5 The Ninevites believed God. A fast was proclaimed, and all of them, from the greatest to the least, put on sackcloth.

... Read moreReflecting on the story of Jonah, it’s inspiring to see how God’s mercy continually seeks us out, even when we feel trapped in our own struggles. Jonah's prayer from inside the fish is a powerful reminder that no matter how deep our distress, turning to God with a humble heart can bring relief and hope. In our daily lives, I’ve found that embracing this mindset—calling out in prayer amidst challenges—creates a sense of peace and renewed strength. The transformation in Nineveh demonstrates another vital lesson: true repentance has tremendous power. When the people of Nineveh humbly acknowledged their wrongs and sought God’s forgiveness, they were spared from destruction. This event encourages me to remain open to change and to quickly respond to calls for improvement in life and faith. Moreover, the acknowledgment that salvation comes from the Lord reminds us to place our trust not in material things or idols, but in divine love and guidance. Experiencing hardships reminds us to dissipate falsehoods and face truths courageously, much like Jonah’s resolve to obey God’s command despite his fears. In essence, learning from Jonah’s prayers and Nineveh’s repentance helps to deepen faith, instill humility, and embrace the transformative power of God’s mercy in everyday life. These biblical lessons resonate deeply when facing personal challenges, reminding us to focus beyond ourselves and seek God's intervention with unwavering trust.

Trust in the Merciful “Judge of All the Earth”!
Men of Nineveh will rise up in the judgment.—Matt. 12:41. God reminded Jonah that the Ninevites did “not even know right from wrong.” (Jonah 1:1, 2; 3:10; 4:9-11) Later, Jesus used that example to teach about Jehovah’s justice and mercy. In what “judgment” would the Ninevites “rise up”?

The image defines disobedience as failing to obey God's commands, leading to consequences. It provides biblical examples: Adam and Eve eating forbidden fruit, Cain killing Abel, and Jonah fleeing God's call, illustrating the outcomes of their actions.
The image outlines causes of disobedience: temptation and deception (Eve), misplaced priorities (Martha), and impatience and impulsiveness (King Saul). It explains how these factors lead individuals away from God's will and instructions.
The image presents ways to avoid disobedience: developing a strong relationship with God through prayer and scripture, overcoming temptation by avoiding sinful influences and staying accountable, and being patient by trusting God's timing. It also lists relevant Bible verses.

💜Obedience is Vital: God desires obedience over sacrifice (1 Samuel 15:22). Obedience demonstrates faithfulness and love for God. 💜God’s Patience and Mercy: While disobedience brings consequences, God often offers mercy and redemption to those who repent (e.g., Jonah, the prodigal son). 💜Disobedi
