This Weeks Workouts

This week, I worked out four days. On Monday, I burned 480 calories on the treadmill and did 5 reps of 10, using 60 pounds on the calf machine. I also did 5 reps of 10, using 100 pounds on the leg press machine. Friday, I burned 240 calories on the treadmill and completed 5 reps of 10, using 50 pounds on the chest press machine and 5 reps of 10 using another chest machine. Saturday, I burned 805 calories on the treadmill. I completed 5 reps of 10 using 30 pounds on the shoulder press machine and then completed the same set on another machine. Additionally, I used 70 pounds on the Lat pull machine , 5 reps of 10. Sunday, I used the stairmaster for 60 minutes and walked up 3115 stairs. I also used the butterfly machine ,40 pounds, 5 reps of 10, and then reversed it with 25 pounds, 5 reps of 10. Lastly, I used the cable machine 5 reps of 10, with 40 pounds. #planetfitnessworkout #planetfitness

Finally, Sunday capped off the week with a challenging 60-minute stairmaster session, climbing over 3,100 stairs while incorporating exercises on the butterfly and cable machines to round out the week. Establishing a balanced workout regimen involving cardio and resistance training can lead to superior results in terms of strength and endurance. Consistency is key, and documenting your progress can help keep you motivated and on track towards your fitness ambitions.
