This Weeks Workouts

This week, I worked out four days. On Monday, I burned 480 calories on the treadmill and did 5 reps of 10, using 60 pounds on the calf machine. I also did 5 reps of 10, using 100 pounds on the leg press machine. Friday, I burned 240 calories on the treadmill and completed 5 reps of 10, using 50 pounds on the chest press machine and 5 reps of 10 using another chest machine. Saturday, I burned 805 calories on the treadmill. I completed 5 reps of 10 using 30 pounds on the shoulder press machine and then completed the same set on another machine. Additionally, I used 70 pounds on the Lat pull machine , 5 reps of 10. Sunday, I used the stairmaster for 60 minutes and walked up 3115 stairs. I also used the butterfly machine ,40 pounds, 5 reps of 10, and then reversed it with 25 pounds, 5 reps of 10.
