Day Four: 75 Soft Challenge

Day Four: August 14th

-75oz Water 💦

I managed to stay on tracking my water intake. My 40oz Hydro Flask helped immensely. I actually found it hanging from a Citibike one day. I asked people around first, of course. Then I took it home and washed it throughly.

-7k Steps 🏃‍♀️💨

I did an indoor run on the tredmill that upped my steps a great amount. I was on my feet all day due to work. (GO RETAIL!!! jk…) Crushed it.

-Portion Control 🥗

I was able to meal prep! I actually ate a good breakfast in the morning too. At work, they even had everything for chicken salad! 😳 I did eat while listening to an Audible book but was still feeling mindful. 🙇‍♀️

-Skin Care 💅

I’ve been initially forgetting my skin care routine but managed to bounce back to it. I’ve washed my face and moisturized. (I semi feel comfortable with limiting my routine to that. There are blemishes I want to work on though)

-Workout 3x/Week 😮‍💨

I did arms! I aim to tone up my arms, not necessarily build a lot of muscles. I stuck to semi-light weight with more reps. (My biceps are sore. It’s been a bit.) I ended it with my 10min indoor run. I hope to have more stamina to run longer! 🏃‍♀️

-Read 30 mins 📖

I almost didn’t want to read. After taking a shower after work, I felt super tired and just wanted to watch Reelshorts (embarrassing, ik). But, I grabbed my book instead and set my timer. I ended up reading for longer because SPICE WAS GETTING SPICIER. I’m sad I’m almost done with the book. It’s a short read. 😔
