My week before 75 day soft challenge

For the past 3 years i have allowed my anxiety and depression to consume me. I finally was able to say enough is enough and decided to take my negative energy and change the things im upset about. In doing so i decided to do a 75 day soft challenge. For me, this includes waking up early, eating a better diet (im choosing the Mediterranean diet), listening to podcast/ reading, working out for 30 minutes a day, and doing daily affirmations.

I have realized from the past that trying to do everything at once is overwhelming. So i decided to do some smaller things to help prepare AND motivate me to be successful at this challenge. I am starting this challenge on august 5th and will be documenting and sharing all things I’m doing.
