For the longest time, I thought I just had ‘thicker arms.’ I’d cover them up, pose a certain way, or zoom in on every little flaw. But the truth? My arms weren’t the problem… my perspective was.

Once I started strength training, everything changed. Instead of trying to shrink myself, I focused on getting stronger.

Now, my arms don’t just look different—they feel different. They’re tighter, stronger, and a symbol of how far I’ve come in loving myself. 🫶

So here’s your reminder: building muscle doesn’t make you “bulky” it gives you shape, confidence, and strength you’ll carry way beyond the gym.

Here are some of my favorite at home arm exercises. I had to speed up the video and cut some of the reps but I usually shoot for 3 sets of 9 reps. It does not require heavy weight. I recommend using 1-3 pounds or even a soup can to be able to keep your arms up during all of the exercises! G
