We are all connected
There is a moment, if you are paying close enough attention, when the boundaries of yourself feel less certain than usual. Maybe it happens in deep meditation, when the sense of being a separate observer begins to dissolve into something wider. Maybe it happens in nature — standing at the edge of the ocean or beneath a sky full of stars — when the vastness makes the border between you and everything else feel thin and permeable. Maybe it happens in a crowd of people you have never met, and you feel, inexplicably, that you know them. That you have always known them. That there is something operating between you that was operating before you arrived and will continue after you leave.
