Sweet Potato Nachos

Cut up sweet potato in thin slices coat with olive oil and season with paprika, garlic and onion powder, salt and pepper

Put in oven for 20-25 mins on 400

Prepare your desired protein - I used ground turkey, same seasonings + Kinder’s all purpose.

Once sweet potatoes are done rom oven layer with cheese, cooked protein, can of blacked beans. Also topped with onions, leftover queso and salsa. Put back in oven on broil for 5 mins.
