maple and moonlight
this book was so cute and amazing.
i am biased and love an autism rep tho. especially if itās done correctly. which this one was.
i loved the grumpy farmer and seeing him become a sweet little teddy bear
i love the single mom of 3 making it happen and finding herself again. she stood strong throughout and learned to trust again. that was beautiful
i listen to this book while cutting grass and i swear it had me in tears out there. i know i looked crazy crying and cutting grass š but when the book hits it hits.

Moonlight and Maple stands out as a heartfelt small-town romance that truly captures the beauty of character growth and realistic representation. As someone who appreciates books with well-done autism representation, this novel deeply resonated with me. The portrayal of the main character with autismādone with sensitivity and accuracyāadds a rich layer to the story and helps break down common stereotypes. The dynamic between the grumpy farmer and the single mom is particularly compelling. Watching the tough, solitary farmer slowly reveal his tender side reminded me of the transformative power of love and acceptance. Meanwhile, the single mother navigating life with three children while rediscovering her own strength struck a chord with many readers balancing family and personal growth. I found myself emotionally invested, especially while listening to the audiobook during my daily chores; it perfectly captured moments of vulnerability and hope. The authorās ability to weave in themes of trust, resilience, and family without glossing over the challenges makes this book stand out in the small town romance genre. If you enjoy stories with genuine character development, inclusive representation, and a heartwarming narrative, Moonlight and Maple is a must-read. Itās a beautiful reminder that love can bloom in the most unexpected places and that true strength often comes from embracing oneās authentic self.
