Hey y’all !

Still @ it on this healthy journey ✨🫶🏻 it’s hard but I can feel myself changing for the better . Walking more and just connecting with nature changes you’re whole mood . It’s peaceful and it’s fun I love it ! Eating healthy has not really been an issue for me I’m a vegetarian so I already eat lots of veggies and fruits ! But I was eating lots of processed and I also have a binge eating disorder so it’s very hard to manage . But I’ve been binging instead on garbage I’ve been eating more fruits and veggies when I feel the urge binging and so far it’s really helping ! And I’ve been filling my stomach more so I’m not still hungry eating protein packed meals and reading and doing my research on foods and brands to teach myself . Im getting into gardening !! And I’ve never been so happy ( I struggle with depression & anxiety ) and this has been helping me stay more positive and enjoy something. that makes me happy. Y’all that celery turns into a plant just like that ITS SO EASY ITS SAD I DIDN’T KNOW HOW EASY IT RLLY IS ! ima be posting more on here on this journey bc it’s like a lil private yet more positive on this app and I like to share my progress but I’m insecure about my body but I’ll be sharing on here bc it feels like a safe place 🫶🏻 🍋 #lemoniloveyou
