Meals I ate lately for fatloss ✨

Somebody asked me recently, well actually I get asked a lot, “how do I consistently eat healthy?” Honestly I don’t see it is eating healthy. I just eat what I like. I know what’s good for me. I know what’s bad for me and I know what I like so I’ve created a balance to where I get what I need and also I’ll get what I want. The number one way I am able to consistently eat right is by cooking my food at home or meal prepping. When you cook your food at home, you’re able to control everything from the ingredients to portions to macro nutrients literally everything.

If you are stuck on where exactly to start, I would say start with cutting excess sugar, sodium, and fat from your meals and snacks. What do you struggle with the most when it comes to your eating habits?
